2/3 cups Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 tbsps wine vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces
Combine all marinade ingredients in plastic bag. Wash chicken and marinate at least 2 hours. Grill till done.
